Instructors
As previously announced, we also want to offer you the opportunity to ride alongside an instructor. They will give you important theoretical tips and explain the correct behaviour on the race track. The instructors will also show you the correct line to take whilst riding together. The instructors will vary from event to event, but there will always be active racing drivers on site to help you with plenty of tips.
Theory
Both before and after driving on the circuit, the instructors will be on hand to offer you advice and support. Using the prepared track maps, we can go through every single corner in detail. For participants in the black and green groups, we also offer theory sessions lasting around 10 minutes. These provide important tips on how to behave on the race track and how to drive more safely and quickly. Everything is explained using photos and videos.
Instruction – Line
Anyone wishing to fine-tune their technique or simply improve their riding skills can book a one-to-one instructor. Here, the objectives are discussed in advance, followed by a turn behind the instructor and a debriefing afterwards. Line instruction is available in every group.
One-to-one line instruction costs €50 per session. Participants in the black and green groups receive line instruction at 50% of the regular price for their first three sessions.
Instruction – Video
If you want to shave off a few tenths or simply improve your riding skills, the best option is to book a video coaching session. The instructor is equipped with a camera at the front and another at the rear. After the session, there’s a debriefing with video analysis and helpful tips. You’ll be given the video to take home on a USB stick. Video coaching is available for all groups. Just ask at the venue.
Video instruction costs €70 per session, which includes a video analysis and debrief.
