Motorsports Liability Insurance

In April 2024, the German federal government passed the law implementing the EU Directive on Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. It stipulates that organizers of motorsports events must ensure that appropriate insurance coverage is in place.

MotoMonster has been insuring all events since 2011—including motorsports liability insurance with coverage of €7.5 million for bodily injury, property damage, and financial loss. Therefore, no additional action is required for our participants.
