Poznan I 2026

Our first trip to Poland this season. You’d think you could count on decent weather in mid-June, but Monday greeted us with a rain shower and just 13°C. The track dried fairly quickly, although showers kept rolling through. The delicious food made things a little easier to bear, and luckily we managed to get two sessions in during the afternoon, but it certainly didn’t feel like summer. Instead, we enjoyed a thorough track walk and prepared for day two, which was forecast to stay dry.

Thankfully, the forecast was right. Tuesday was cloudy and not particularly warm, but at least it stayed dry. After lunch, it was time for the Time Attack, and the sun finally appeared. Under blue skies and in 25°C warmth, riders had three afternoon sessions to set their best lap. André Katzwinkel posted the fastest time of the day in SBK with an unbeatable 1:39.1. In SSP, Max Milde took victory on his Panigale with a 1:44.7. Lea Marie Kluske topped the Ladies class with a 2:00.0 on the dot.
After the podium ceremony, everyone in the paddock enjoyed the warm evening, and spirits were high.
By Wednesday, summer had properly arrived. Glorious weather from morning to evening gave everyone the chance to make up for the track time lost on day one.

We had a brilliant time with you all once again and would like to thank every rider, helper and supporter for such a relaxed event.
